Support and Marking
We though it was time to set some ground rules.
Support
We are here for you about 16 hours a day and will usually respond very quickly to requests for support. If you get stuck or want some advice, just email and we will reply asap.
Marking Assignments
We will mark one assignment per day for you. If it is wrong we will point out the errors and we expect you to resubmit the following day after making corrections.
You can resubmit an assignment as many times as needed, but only once a day.
Important
In both cases it is essential that you:
- quote your student number in the email
- attach the files relating to the assignment or query
In cases where the query or assigment is ongoing, it is important that you keep the email thread going so that we can follow on from the last reply.
