Online Inspiration
Different people are inspired by different things. Often taking a break and having a drink, tea, coffee or something stronger, helps. Personally I (Andrew) have a selection of books showing examples of design, designs which bear no resemblance to what I design. But they get the thought processes moving again.
If you are designing a site for a specific business, a restaurant for example, you could search for similar types of restaurants and have a look at what they have done. We are not suggesting you copy their designs, but there may be something you might like or even something which makes you think "I wouldn't do it like that, I'd do it this way". which sets you off designing again.
If you want to look at a variety of designs and styles, check out Cool Home Pages, this site has some of the latest and greatest designs. Similar to the books I use, you may not design like these sites but they could help.
